I am very passionate about yoga because I have experienced myself how much it can help us to be physically and mentally healthy and to lead more mindful and balanced lives.
I have been practicing yoga since 2007, teaching yoga since 2011, and had my own yoga studio since 2014. In 2015, I started offering yoga teacher trainings. I am very proud that many of my students are successful teachers now or even yoga studio owners. I also offer yoga vacations internationally since 2016.
I am associated with YogaAlliance, probably the most widely known yoga association world-wide. I have reached YogaAlliance’s highest level for teachers, E-RYT 500. Therefore, I am also authorised by YogaAlliance to teach 100% online yoga teacher trainings – you will be qualified to teach both online and in person classes anywhere in the world.
I am also a registered Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), a certified Yin Yoga teacher, AcroYoga teacher and massage therapist.

200 hours that will transform your life! Deepen your yoga practice and learn to teach classes at an internationally high standard. You will be able to teach both online and in person classes anywhere in the world! This training will cover:
- Asanas (poses)
- Pranayama (breahting techniques)
- Meditation
- Other traditional yoga techniques
- Includes principles of demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, the student’s process of learning and business aspects of teaching yoga
- Structuring of yoga classes for different skills levels
- Includes sequencing of asanas, setting a topic for the class, combining teaching of philosophy and asana, creating a supportive class environment)
- Become an expert in human anatomy
- Includes understanding the impact of yoga on the body and mind
- Understand benefits of yoga poses and be able to guide students safely through their practice
- Includes the study of classic texts of yoga philosophy, yoga lifestyle and ethics for yoga teachers
- Learn how to teach Yin Yoga poses that help to create physical and mental balance and reduce the stress of our often fast-paced lifestyle.
- Incorporate Yin Yoga poses into Vinyasa Yoga classes.
